Lincoln Yee


Lincoln Yee has more than 20 years in all aspects of the food business from busboy, college foodservice unit manager to chain restaurant buyer, franchisee and most recently as a founder of both Asian Food Solutions and Comida Vida.  Being a veteran in the business Lincoln understand the challenges operators face in providing meal solutions for their guests that are tasty and at the same time nutritious but easy to prepare.  Lincoln formed both companies to fill market gaps with quality ethnic foods that schools, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and the Military.  Asian Food Solutions/Comida Vida core focus is to be the market leader in Asian & Latin Prepared Foods with full plate meal solutions.   Lincoln’s foray into business was an outcropping of his MBA project at Case Western Reserve University, during which He and Allan Lam took AFS nationwide. Lincoln also is a current National School Nutrition Association Industry Advisory Council member.


Allan Lam


Allan Lam, Co-President/Founder has over 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He has extensive entrepreneurial and professional experience including management and high level executive positions. He served as Food & Beverage Director of Ramada hotels for 10 years. Then, he served as Regional Director of Operations for Panda Restaurant Group, the nation’s largest Asian quick-service chain with more than 1,800 locations in 46 states, for 10 years. Allan was also the Senior Executive Vice President of Food System Unlimited for almost 3 years. Allan handles all financial aspects of the company.

Kirk Jaudes

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Kirk Jaudes, SVP Business Development, has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Kirk was the President of Gateway Food Service in St. Louis, representing over 30 foodservice manufacturers. After selling his company to Acosta Foodservice in 2013 he continued as Vice President. After the Acosta transition Kirk assumed the role of VP of Sales & Marketing at Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. where he managed all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. Kirk’s knowledge in broker management, manufacturing, and distribution bring valuable experience to International Food Solutions.

Gary Vix

Gary Vix


Gary Vix has over 20 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance area.  He has a wide range of experience in the healthcare, restaurant, wire/cable, transportation, and manufacturing industries.  His employment includes management and corporate controller at Miller’s Ale House, Planet Hollywood International, Omnicare, and General Cable Corporation.

Ashtyn Hilger

Vice President of Operations

Ashtyn Hilger, Vice President of Operations, has extensive experience within the Food Industry, including product development and positioning, knowledge of compliance and requirements, and working directly with customers. She is actively engaged in solving customer opportunities by developing comprehensive solutions that meet dynamic requirements. Ashtyn holds degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration. Her educational background, experience in the Food Industry, along with a strong initiative to grow has given her the opportunity to be instrumental in building our brand.

Hong Vongmany

Hong Vongmany

Vice President of Administration

Hong Vongmany has over 20 years of experience in foodservice and office administration. She was an operation manager at Food System Unlimited overseeing 75+ quick-service locations.  She was responsible for the repair/maintenance, HR and marketing campaigns for all corporation stores. Hong joined Asian Food Solutions with Allan and Lincoln in 2009, over 10 years ago.  She manages all aspect of the internal office team including the accounting, bid and customer service departments.  Hong holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.

Dan Wallgren

West Coast Director of Sales and Corporate Trainer

Dan Wallgren has over 20 years of experience in foodservice. Dan has been with Asian Food Solutions since 2012. Prior to his position with Asian Food Solutions, he was a School Sales Specialist for Hockenberg Newburgh, a full service food brokerage firm, covering North/South Dakota.
