Co-President

Lincoln Yee has more than 20 years in all aspects of the food business from busboy, college foodservice unit manager to chain restaurant buyer, franchisee and most recently as a founder of both Asian Food Solutions and Comida Vida. Being a veteran in the business Lincoln understand the challenges operators face in providing meal solutions for their guests that are tasty and at the same time nutritious but easy to prepare. Lincoln formed both companies to fill market gaps with quality ethnic foods that schools, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and the Military. Asian Food Solutions/Comida Vida core focus is to be the market leader in Asian & Latin Prepared Foods with full plate meal solutions. Lincoln’s foray into business was an outcropping of his MBA project at Case Western Reserve University, during which He and Allan Lam took AFS nationwide. Lincoln also is a current National School Nutrition Association Industry Advisory Council member.

Allan Lam

Allan Lam

Co-President

Allan Lam, Co-President/Co-Founder, has over 40 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He is responsible for driving business growth while leading corporate and people development and implementing strategies that yield tremendous results.

Allan served as Food & Beverage Director of Ramada hotels for ten years. Then he served as Regional Director of Operations for Panda Restaurant Group, the nation’s largest Asian quick-service chain with more than 2,000 locations for over a decade. Before launching his company, Allan served three years as Senior Executive Vice President of Food System Unlimited. Beyond his field, he desires to live a life worthy of emulation by anyone who wishes to become an achiever. Allan loves fishing and participating in community and church activities in his free time. He applies “Less is more,” “The 7 Habits of highly effective people,” and “Servant leadership” principles in his daily life and work. He also enrolled in an Executive Development Program at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, earning a Mini MBA.

Kirk Jaudes

Chief Operating Officer

Kirk Jaudes, SVP Business Development, has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Kirk was the President of Gateway Food Service in St. Louis, representing over 30 foodservice manufacturers. After selling his company to Acosta Foodservice in 2013 he continued as Vice President. After the Acosta transition Kirk assumed the role of VP of Sales & Marketing at Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. where he managed all aspects of sales and marketing for the company. Kirk’s knowledge in broker management, manufacturing, and distribution bring valuable experience to International Food Solutions.

Hong Vongmany

SVP Administration

Hong Vongmany has more than 20 years of experience in foodservice and office administration. Her background as an operations manager includes overseeing more than 75 quick-service restaurants at Food System Unlimited, Inc. Her expertise spans various operational responsibilities, encompassing facilities and equipment maintenance, employee onboarding, and the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns. In 2009, Hong became the first employee at International Food Solutions when she joined Allan and Lincoln. Her primary responsibility was to establish all corporate office functions and develop internal departments, a pivotal role that played a significant part in the company’s growth and success. Today, she serves as Vice President of Administration, responsible for overseeing and managing the daily functions of the company, which include human resources, operations, logistics, procurement, and IT. Hong holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Florida.

Ashtyn Hilger

SVP Operations

Bringing an extensive background in the manufacturing industry, Ashtyn holds the pivotal role of SVP of Operations at IFS. Renowned for a comprehensive approach to operational excellence, she plays a multifaceted role.

In addition to meticulous oversight of compliance, USDA, FNS and CN standards, Ashtyn is instrumental in shaping brand and company strategy. She brings strategic vision to the forefront, aligning operations with overarching business goals.

A driving force in profitability, Ashtyn adeptly navigates the intricacies of pricing strategies. She contributes to the financial success of IFS by ensuring optimal pricing structures and profitability ratios.

In the dynamic world of manufacturing, Ashtyn has proven expertise in co-pack relationship management, fostering strong collaborations to enhance production efficiency and quality. This comprehensive skill set positions her as a key player in steering IFS’ growth trajectory and cementing its standing in the industry.

Diane Starks

Chief Financial Officer

Diane Starks has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate and Development industry, and in Executive Leadership roles. Diane is known by her colleagues as an influential individual for positive change who leads with confidence and approaches even the most difficult and complex challenges with unflagging perseverance and commitment to success.  She is committed to fiscal sustainability, best business practices, and system improvements, and successfully leads the accounting team to achieve heightened successes, by focusing on collaborative teamwork and solutions-based strategic planning. Diane’s Knowledge in Finance Accounting and business relations brings valuable experiences to International Food Solutions. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Business Accounting from San Jose State University.

Dan Wallgren

Dan Wallgren

Director of National Accounts

Dan Wallgren, the Director of National Accounts, has over 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry. His experience ranges from Q.S.R., Worldwide Franchise Restaurants, K12, and R&D. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Dan initially joined International Food Solutions as a contract worker, building the North Central Territory to support his role as a Regional Manager. He was promoted to the position of Director of Sales for the Western half of the U.S., until he accepted his present position as Director of National Accounts.
